People who are in their development age, especially adolescents, are more likely to fall prey to acne disease. This is, however, more common among these folks due to hormonal changes in their body as a whole.
The problem of acne is not developed rapidly, it has some stages, which if treated early, causes less or no damage to the skin. It is a blocked skin pore which happens due to oil on the skin layers that is left unattended. Skin oil level should be maintained at every stage because untreated skin oil level is major reason for pores to get blocked and leads to pimples in the early stage. If skin is washed or cleansed, especially every night, it will be more defensive toward generating skin irritations.
You can overcome this problem by simply reviewing you food diet. Consume more water, fresh fruits and their juices, raw or boiled vegetables and some regular exercise. This will make sure your skin glow rapidly and develop more immunity against any possible infections.
On the other hand, if you have experienced blackheads formation or pimples development on you skin, it is vital to remove the exhilarating factors first. Control and eradicate clogging of moisture on infected area and then maintain proper cleansing to avoid spread of blackheads and pimples. This will also help in quick remedy to this problem with less irritation.
